Q: Do you deliver to my area?
A: We deliver our products to anywhere in the Australia and some islands but depending on your area we may need to provide you with a specific quote.
Q: How long will my order take to despatch and be delivered?
We will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 business hours. If there is going to be any delay we will call you to advise the amended time of delivery and any back-order requirements.
Depending on how far you are located from the Welshpool (Perth) it may take 1 to 10 business days to arrive at your given destination.
If you are located on any of the islands around Australia we will call you to advise an estimated arrival time. For example, delivery to Norfolk Island can take 6-8 weeks from dispatch as goods are transported from the mainland to the island via barge.

- NSW and ACT $22.50/delivery
- Victoria $22.50/delivery
- South Australia $27.50/delivery
- Western Australia $23.00/delivery
- For all other states, territories and islands, we will quote you before accepting payment
- FREE SHIPPING promotions exclude TAS, NT and islands – freight to be quoted on.
- Some rural locations may incur a freight surcharge for bulky or heavy items, we will provide you with a quote.
Note: there is an additional delivery charge for back-ordered items. We will advise you if an item is out of stock and discuss delivery options.
