Just wanted to say what awesome service, I only ordered these on Thursday or Friday and wasnt expecting them for at least a week or two. They are now laundered and hanging out to dry and they feel wonderful! I have spent a lot of money over the years trying to find sheets that feel like these and have always been disappointed, until now. I am a very happy customer!!

I am quite happy to wait.  In no small part because your emails are lovely. I am so used to auto generated emails – with terrible misuse of language and unclear instructions, it’s amazing to get a perfectly crafted message from a human being.  Thank you.  I hope national hotel supplies never changes the customer service model.  I haven’t even received my first ever order and already thinking about placing the next.

A week ago I made my second “small” order, unfortunately since my first order, my address had changed and it was sent there by mistake.

Now I’m not a regular customer and like I said my order was small, but this did not matter to April and the team; making sure that the order arrived within 24 hours of my email.

April’s response was prompt and her customer service is absolutely amazing.
