I am quite happy to wait.  In no small part because your emails are lovely. I am so used to auto generated emails – with terrible misuse of language and unclear instructions, it’s amazing to get a perfectly crafted message from a human being.  Thank you.  I hope national hotel supplies never changes the customer service model.  I haven’t even received my first ever order and already thinking about placing the next.
