A week ago I made my second “small” order, unfortunately since my first order, my address had changed and it was sent there by mistake.

Now I’m not a regular customer and like I said my order was small, but this did not matter to April and the team; making sure that the order arrived within 24 hours of my email.

April’s response was prompt and her customer service is absolutely amazing.
